I have reached a 35 lb loss since yesterday so I am really happy! My next mini goal is to get to 40 lbs. It seems I have been losing slower these days. I know it is probably because I have a sneaked an extra snack or two in and I started walking on the treadmill a few times a week. I am debating if I should stop the exercising (and definitely the snacks!) and see if that helps speed up my loss. I guess I can't complain because I have been losing about 2 lbs a week which is better than no loss at all. I am only 17 lbs away from goal. Could it possibly be that as you get closer to goal, you just lose less? I guess I will see how my weigh in goes tomorrow. Wish me luck!
I am in love with this shake! I love pina coladas, but I always had them without alcohol because I can't stand the taste. Oh how I miss them! Until now! This shake really does taste like a pina colada. No joke! This is going to be perfect on those warm days or nights. A little taste of paradise in a glass. Yummy! I am definitely going to have to order more vanilla shakes. By the way, I had a hard time finding pineapple extract in my local grocery stores. I didn't think it would be difficult at all until I went to four different grocery stores in my neighborhood and none of them had it so I had to order it online off of Amazon. Hopefully, you will have more luck finding it than me. Also, make sure you get diet Ginger Ale with no carbs. I just got a generic store brand and it worked great for this recipe. Enjoy!
